Our Rates and Policies
We have 10 studios, most contain one double bed, some offer separate beds, and our larger studios comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms include a private bath,
air conditioner, TV, telephone, coffee maker and many include a kitchenette and fireplace.
We have free Wireless reception that reaches all rooms.
We have hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards in all rooms.

Prices are per night and do not include 14.25% NYS Sales Tax + $3.50 p/n NYC Hotel room charge.
Prices may increase for Holiday and Special Event periods with a four night minimum stay
and a one night, non-refundable deposit required.
We require a credit card number to hold your reservation and accept VISA, Mastercard and AmEx.
We have a Three Night Minimum stay for weekends.
There is a three day cancellation policy: Guests may cancel or change their reservation up to
three days before arrival without a charge for one night's stay. The cancellation period may be
extended according to length of stay and at management's discretion.
Check-in is at 2pm, Check-out is at Noon.
We are a No Smoking Guest House. Pets are prohibited.
Though we do love children, we are an adult Guest House and
cannot accommodate children under 10 years old.
Incentra Village House is located at 32 Eighth Avenue,
between West 12th Street and Jane Street.
