"Would Never Stay Anywhere Else"
My wife and I have just returned home from a three week trip to New York. We stayed in Incentra Village House - this in fact was our third trip to NY (2008 & 2009) and we stayed in Incentra on all occasions. Need we say more? It's more like visiting old family friends than staying at a Guest House and on all 3 occasions we were treated like family. Our first stay was in the 'India' room, 2nd was in the Annex and this time our room was the 'Maine' We could not fault anything and will definitely stay there again. The room overlooks >>>>>>
"I Love Incentra"
Everything about Incentra was great. The owner Jeff
was very nice and provided great suggestions for things to do around the city. The location was in a great part of the West Village, close enough to fabulous restaurants and subway stations, but not too busy. The rooms were small but very charming and unique. Each room I stayed
in had hardwood floors, a dark wood dresser and desk, and a comfortable bed with soft linen. I had a great time there and would highly recommend Incentra.

"Like Living at Home in Manhattan"
Vincent gave a wonderful welcome. I stayed in The
Stable, which was a wonderfully furnished room, but being on the lower-ground floor a slight problem for me
as I like privacy so had to keep the curtains drawn - net curtains would've been perfect, but the room was very cosy - exposed brick wall, fireplace, beautiful bed, classy furniture, fridge and microwave and... MOST importantly for the steaming summer weather, air-conditioning. When
I rerun to NYC I won't even try to somewhere else to stay.

"Quant Inn in the Heart of the West Village"
Once you enter your hotel room at Incentra Village House, you'll feel like you're in Europe or old world NYC. This hotel was a nice change from the usual touristy spots. The staff is friendly and are more than happy to help you with bags, catching a ride, whatev. >>>>>>
"Best Location in New York"
Like staying at a friends house,the rooms are great and the kitchenette is a real bonus , but ultimately it's the location that's the winner, 2 blocks to railway and only 3 stations to uptown Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Meatpacking District all within walking distance. My stay was 16 days of business and pleasure and it worked a treat. All the staff were great . It's now my new home in NY.
