Here at Incentra Village House, we aim to help each and every guest have a positive, comfortable experience during their stay in the West Village. The studios of our guest house are a blend of old and new, with antique furnishings and modern amenities combined. All studios include a private bath, air conditioning, TV, and more.

The Maine Studio

The Maine is a lovely studio, completely renovated and holds one full-size bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.


The front-facing Maine Studio is located on the third floor.

The Dakota Studio

The Dakota is a bi-level studio that’s been completely renovated. It features one full-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette that comes with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. 


The Dakota  is located on the third floor, facing the rear.

The India Studio

The India is an attractive studio, completely renovated, and holds one full-size bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. The studio is filled with beautiful artwork and features a fireplace.


The India is located on the second floor and is front-facing.

The Bishop Suite

One of the largest accommodations here at Incentra Village House, the Bishop Suite consists of three floors and features a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, sized between a twin and full-size bed. A short staircase leads to the loft, holding a full-size bed. A few steps down and you’ll find a private bathroom and kitchenette. 


The rear-facing Bishop Suite is located on the second floor.

The Garden Suite

The Garden sets itself apart by featuring a full kitchen, complete with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. True to its name, the suite sports a floral theme, from the colors to the artwork, and even comes with a fantastic view of the onsite garden. The suite comes with a full-size bed and private bathroom.


The Garden Suite is located on the ground floor, facing the rear.

The Lahore Suite

This L-shaped studio comes with a full-size bed, private bathroom and stocked kitchenette. Located on the third floor, the front-facing Lahore Suite grants a wonderful view of the street below.

The Tabor features two twin-sized beds, placed side by side. This studio features a private bathroom and a small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The Washington Suite

This studio is taller than the other studios at Incentra Village House, granting a more spacious feel to the suites. The suite features a full-size bed on the main floor. Like many of our other studios, the suite comes equipped with a small kitchenette and private bathroom. 


The front-facing Washington Suite is located on the parlor level.

The Stable Studio

The Stable is so named because it occupies what once was the original stables for the property back in the 1800s. The studio is themed with beautiful items and decorations that evoke memories of the past.


Guests can enjoy the full-size bed, private bathroom, and other amenities such as a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.


The studio is located on the ground floor and faces the front.
